Parimatch Blocks Account and Withholds ₹1,467 Without Refund

On March 30 at 6:02 PM, I deposited ₹450 into my Parimatch account using Paytm from my Indian Overseas Bank account. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch account. The UPI reference ID for this transaction is 608906213016, and I also have a screenshot as proof. I submitted a ticket to your support team, and although the status is marked as “resolved,” more than 48 hours have passed and the ₹450 has neither been refunded to my bank account nor credited to my Parimatch balance.
In addition, on March 31, when I attempted to withdraw my winnings, I received a message stating that my Parimatch account had been blocked and that I needed to contact support. At that time, I had ₹1,017 in my Parimatch account, which I am now unable to access or withdraw. Your support team asked me to complete a detailed verification process, including sending a selfie holding my Aadhaar card, a handwritten note with my name and the date, and a bank statement. I completed all of these steps and submitted the required documents, but my account remains blocked and I still cannot access my funds.
Given these issues and the fact that my account is still blocked despite completing verification, I no longer wish to use Parimatch. I am requesting that my Parimatch account be closed and that all of my funds be refunded directly to my bank account. This includes ₹1,017 from my Parimatch balance and the separate ₹450 that was deducted from my bank but never credited, for a total of ₹1,467. I ask that this refund be processed as soon as possible and that I receive confirmation once it has been completed.
