Temu Fails to Return Debit Card Refunds of R1040, R50, and R70

I am writing regarding my unresolved refund issue with Temu under authority code 804017. I had three separate amounts that were supposed to be refunded to my debit card: R1040, R50, and R70. Temu informed me that these refunds would be reflected between 29 December and 12 January, but to date, nothing has been received by my bank. The refund request was made on 17 December. When I contacted Temu customer service, they told me that the refunds had already been processed, but my bank confirmed that no refund from Temu had been received in my account. I am now well past the promised timeframe and still do not have my money back. I request that Temu immediately process or properly trace these three refund amounts (R1040, R50, and R70) and ensure they are paid back to my debit card without any further delay. I also ask to be provided with a clear confirmation showing when and how the refunds have been sent so that I can follow up with my bank if necessary.
