Temu Customer Service Unreachable and DHL Rejects Return Code

I ordered a phone case through Temu, but the product did not meet my expectations, so I wanted to start the return process. According to the instructions in the app, the return must be made through DHL. I currently have the following information: return code CPR-203-3347-112515787, order number PO-203-20467739264633347, and return number PO-203-20467739264633347-D01.

However, even though I went to the DHL branch twice, each time they asked me for another code starting with “PRU.” They refused to accept the CPR return code I was given, so the return shipment was not accepted at all.

I had to take time off work to visit the DHL branch, yet I still could not complete the return. I also tried contacting Temu support through their so-called AI system, but I was never able to reach a live representative. The system kept repeating the same automated responses and did not allow me to connect with an actual support agent.

I request that the return issue with DHL and the lack of communication with Temu be resolved immediately, that my return shipment be accepted without further problems, and that my refund be processed promptly. I also request that DHL branches be properly informed about Temu return codes to prevent similar issues for customers in the future.
