iMile Fails to Deliver SHEIN Package and Provides No Updates

I placed an order on SHEIN to be delivered by iMile to Cape Town, South Africa. According to the tracking information, my parcel with tracking number 6031526539994 was supposed to be delivered on March 24. Today is April 1, and I still have not received the package.
During this time, the only updates I have seen are repeated, vague status messages with no real progress or explanation. SHEIN has told me to contact iMile directly regarding the delivery, but iMile is essentially unreachable. They have not responded to my emails, and their customer service phone number does not connect, leaving me with no way to get a clear answer about where my package is or when it will arrive.
I am requesting that iMile urgently locate my parcel and proceed with immediate delivery to my address in Cape Town without any further delay. I also expect a clear and reliable update regarding the current status of my shipment.

Thanks to SHEIN, but they need to choose their couriers more carefully.
