Temu Credit Balance Not Working

I have been experiencing a payment problem with my Temu credit balance since yesterday. I currently have a Temu credit balance of 13, and I am trying to place an order that costs 11. The app shows that the credit balance is added to the payment, but when I try to complete the purchase, it gives an error and does not let the order go through. Instead, it keeps asking me to add a card, even though my credit balance is enough to cover the full amount of the order. I want to be able to use my Temu credit balance of 13 to pay for my 11 order and receive my items without being forced to add a card or face an error. I kindly request that this issue be fixed so that my credit balance can be used properly for my purchase and my order can be completed without further problems.
