GearUP Booster Charges Unauthorized Subscription Through Google Play

I was charged by GearUP Booster through Google Play for a one-year subscription on or around April 1 at approximately 11:00 AM, in the amount of 885 pesos, without my knowledge or consent. I did not subscribe to this service, did not start any free trial, and have not used GearUP Booster at all, so this charge was completely unexpected.

After noticing the unauthorized charge, I immediately requested a refund through Google Play. However, the charge still appears on my account, and I have not received the refund I was expecting.

I am requesting that this unauthorized one-year subscription be canceled and that the full amount of 885 pesos be refunded to me as soon as possible, as I did not knowingly agree to this purchase.
