About 1.5 years ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers Arch Fit 2.0 shoes from the official online store. Around four months ago, the insole tore, even though the exterior of the shoes is still completely intact. I sent the product in for inspection twice, but both times I received a negative response.

I specifically requested not a replacement or refund, but simply a replacement insole. I even stated that I was willing to pay for it if necessary, but I was told that the insole is not sold separately and that they could not assist me. So not only was my inspection request denied, but I also cannot obtain an insole for a shoe that is otherwise still usable.

I do not want to throw away a pair of shoes that are still in good condition. I request that Skechers provide an original insole for my Arch Fit 2.0 shoes—either free of charge or at least for a reasonable fee—and resolve my issue.
