Received my package from Temu today, but it was completely smashed! What's their policy on damaged items?

Temu provides a Purchase Protection Program in case any damaged goods are delivered. To report a broken package and get a reimbursement:

• Open your Temu account and log in.
• Click 'Return/Refund' after locating the appropriate order that includes the damaged item.
• Verify that the package has been received, then choose which damaged item(s) to return, along with any optional remarks or images.
• Verify the return information and select the refund option.
• Choose your return method and submit it if you're returning the item or items.
• Print the return label that is provided, then affix it to your package.
• Packages can be dropped off at UPS or USPS.
• On the order details page, you can check the status of your refund or make purchases.
