Temu Denies Refund Over Packaging Error Despite Receiving Return

I am writing regarding my Temu order PO-184-0649123900910332. Around 10 days ago, I returned an item, but I mistakenly sent it back in the wrong packaging. About 4 days ago, my refund request was denied with the explanation that the item was received in the wrong packaging. I immediately acknowledged my mistake and contacted Temu several times via email and the ticket service to apologise and ask that this situation be reconsidered. It has now been about 3 days since my latest ticket, and I have still not received any outcome or helpful response, despite my efforts to resolve the issue in good faith. Considering that Temu has received the item and that I have clearly explained the situation and taken responsibility for the packaging error, I kindly request that my case be re‑evaluated and that the value of the item be refunded to me as Temu credits. I would appreciate a clear and prompt response so that this matter can be resolved fairly.
