Unauthorized Temu Purchase Needs Refund and Return
I am writing to report unauthorized items that were charged and delivered to me through Temu, and to request a full refund and return of these products. Around March 18 or 19, I noticed an order on my Temu account for six lights, one oven mat, and one one-tier shelf that I never authorized or approved. The total amount charged for these items was $49.39. Despite not placing this order, the items were processed and shipped, and I received the last package last night. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue through Temu, both by email and through the app, but I have only been given the runaround and no clear solution. I also contacted my bank, and they advised me to first try to resolve the matter with Temu, but Temu has not cooperated or properly addressed the problem. I am extremely frustrated with how this situation has been handled. I did not authorize this order, and I do not want these products. I am requesting that Temu allow me to return all of the items and provide a full refund of $49.39 for this unauthorized order, and that my account be checked so that similar unauthorized orders cannot occur again.
