PrinterPix Buyer Beware! Horrible Transaction

March 31 5:26 AM12

Printerpix's expensive "rush order" delivered much later (several days later) than promised. Images and lettering were carelessly hacked even though I used their padded in-house template to allegedly ensure flawless printing. I contacted the company and received "generic" broken-record repeated responses that did not answer my specific questions. After about a month of unrelentless inquiry to resolve, I reached an uncaring, yet seemingly kind in demeanor, human who refused to take responsibility and refund.

More proof. Look at the video for when it was promised. Check the tracking number they issued. Match the tracking number with the delivery date. I paid "Printerpix" $159.+ for a "rush" order delivery that arrived very, very late. They refuse to refund.
