I Paid But Did Not Receive Temu Orders

On February 3, 2026, I placed an order on Temu and paid via PayPal in two separate charges of $27.46 and $25.45. These payments were for orders numbered PO-211-0456 and PO-211-04561. Despite the payments going through, I never received the products associated with these orders. When I noticed that my items had not arrived, I contacted PayPal about the situation. PayPal informed me that I needed to resolve the matter directly with Temu, but I have not been able to find a way to contact Temu to address this problem. Since I paid for goods that I did not receive, I kindly request a full refund of both PayPal charges for orders PO-211-0456 and PO-211-04561 to be issued back to my PayPal account as soon as possible.
