I am experiencing a refund issue with a shoe order I placed on Temu. I placed the order on October 25, but the product was later removed from the marketplace, and my order was canceled as a result. Despite the cancellation, no refund has been issued to me.
My order number is PO-203-13596128705913809-D01, and I paid by credit card. When I contacted Temu customer service, they told me that the refund would be processed to my account on November 25. However, no refund has appeared on my credit card.
