Temu Order Free Gifts Missing - Wrong Items Delivered

I placed an order with Temu on 06/02/2026 (Order no: #PO-184-10043569011832118) from George, Western Cape, South Africa. In the app I was shown free gifts and was instructed to buy items for about R450 in order to receive the free gifts and the products I purchased for around R480. I followed these instructions, but in the end I did not receive everything as advertised and promised. In this order I bought socks, two bags, a blood pressure machine, sunglasses and a smartwatch. According to the advertisements, one offer was supposed to include 10 pairs of socks, but I only received 5 pairs. When I reported this, I was told the rest would be sent, but I am still waiting and nothing has arrived. In addition to this, some of the other things I ordered were swapped and I instead received items I did not choose, such as two pairs of combat boots, a different smartwatch, ladies’ underwear and sunglasses. The value of what I originally selected is higher than some of the things that were sent, so I feel disadvantaged. Every time there is a problem I am asked to pay the courier or delivery fee again, and so far I have already paid approximately R190 just for delivery related to these issues. When I contacted customer service, they told me that I did not collect the stars and only offered a small credit. They did not properly address the missing free gifts or the incorrect items, and only repeated that they were sorry and “understand my frustration”, without solving the problem. The mistake was not on my side. I followed the instructions and ordered what was shown. I feel that this is unfair and that it amounts to misleading advertising if the free gifts and correct items are not delivered and I must keep paying courier fees for errors I did not make. I kindly request that Temu sends all the missing and correct items from my order, including the promised free gifts, without charging any additional courier or delivery fees.
