Temu Friend Invitation Campaign Fails to Count Accepted Invites

I used the friend invitation feature in the Temu app on my Android phone on January 12, 2026, to participate in a campaign that promises 6 free products. Although I invited more than 10 friends within the 24-hour period specified in the campaign, and many of them accepted the invitation and completed their registration, the system never showed that the required number of invitations had been completed. Even when some of my friends accepted the invitation and signed up, the app acted as if these invitations were never accepted, did not count them, and as a result, I could not qualify for the free products promised by the campaign.
The time limit expires, I try again while following the rules shown in the app, but the outcome does not change. The campaign does not operate in a transparent, clear, or reliable way. I request that Temu clearly and transparently explain the details and conditions of this campaign, ensure that invitations are counted correctly, and review my account so my grievance can be resolved and I can receive the promised free products if I meet the stated requirements.
