WePlay Blocks Account and Device Without Explanation

I have been using a WePlay account that is linked to both my email address and my phone number, and as of April 1, 2026, my account—and even my device—have been blocked with the explanation of a “violation.” I have not engaged in any activity that would violate the rules, and I was not given any clear or specific information about what I supposedly did wrong.

Before the block, I had spent approximately ₹6,000 on this account in total, and just yesterday I added an additional ₹89 of balance through UniPin. Now I cannot access my account, my balance, or my previous purchases. My device also appears to be blocked, which is extremely frustrating and unfair as a paying user.

I contacted WePlay customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my account and device be urgently reviewed, that the reason for the block be clearly explained to me, and that my account and device be unblocked so I can access my purchases and continue using the service.
