I recently purchased a Roborock vacuum cleaner, only to have it suddenly break down before I could even use it for a year! No matter how many times we sent it in for repairs under the warranty, it would always come back still broken. We're still being charged for installments for a product we can't even use and it's becoming increasingly frustrating. If this problem isn't taken care of soon, we're going to file a complaint with Consumer Rights if our issue isn't resolved quickly. It's ridiculous that such an expensive product could be so unreliable, and not to mention the lack of customer service from the company! This is simply unacceptable, and something needs to be done about it now.
