Roborock Q8 Max Pro Plus Fails to Clean and Resets Maps Repeatedly
I purchased a Roborock Q8 Max Pro Plus smart robot vacuum through Hepsiburada on September 8, 2025. After using it for a while, the device started having problems on its own. When I start the robot for vacuuming, it returns directly to the docking station without cleaning anything. At times, it starts operating by itself, and when I perform mapping, the map resets and deletes itself automatically.
Because of these issues, the device cannot perform any of its functions properly, and the product does not meet any of the features that were promised or that I expected. This problem has been ongoing for about 2–3 months. During this time, I waited, hoping the issue might resolve itself, and I did not send the product to service or contact customer support.
However, at this point, since I can no longer use the device efficiently, I believe the product does not justify the price I paid. I request either a full refund for my Roborock Q8 Max Pro Plus or an exchange for a different, fault-free model. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
