Findandloc App Charged My Card Without Approval or Subscription

On March 28 at 10:01 AM, approximately $19 was charged to my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card by an app called Findandloc without my knowledge or approval. Despite the fact that I did not request any membership, approval, subscription, or payment related to this transaction, an unauthorized charge was made to my card. The last four digits of the credit card used for this transaction are 9990.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the approximately $19 charged to my card be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request a clear and written explanation regarding how and on what basis this unauthorized charge was made.

I will also be contacting my bank shortly to initiate the necessary dispute process. I ask that this issue be resolved urgently and that appropriate security measures and system controls be implemented to prevent similar unauthorized charges from happening again.
