Problems With The Roborock App On My Samsung A13

I recently purchased a Roborock Qv35a robot vacuum and wanted to use it with the official Roborock app on my Samsung A13 phone. However, I have been unable to install the Roborock app on my device as of today, and therefore, I cannot use all the features of the product as intended. I am requesting that the app be made compatible with my Samsung A13 or that an alternative way be provided so that I can fully use and manage my Roborock Qv35a without problems.
