Roborock Q Revo Pro stopped using clean water—how can I get it working again?

If your Roborock Q Revo Pro has stopped giving you clean water for cleaning, make sure the clean water tank is full, fits securely in the dock (clicks into place), and isn't warped or bent—warped or bent tanks stop water flow.

Both the clean and dirty water tanks should not be full, and the water filter and float should be clean and working. If the filter or exit vent gets clogged, water won't be able to get through.

If the small air-in and water-out holes under the chassis are clogged, turn the robot over and check them. If they are, gently clean them with a needle.

Then, put the tanks back in place and run the robot without the mop cloth for about 20 seconds to see if the water flow returns.

Power-cycle the dock and robot by quickly unplugging them, or try a reset through the app if cleaning still doesn't work.

Older posts say that problems with the docking station can stop it from working even when the tank is full.

These are key solutions that we can offer. If you have more, please share.
