Around 1:00 PM on March 15, I noticed while checking my account activity that approximately $19 was charged to my card linked to my Yapı Kredi Bank account by an app called Findandloc without my knowledge or approval. Even though I did not request any membership, approval, subscription, or payment related to this transaction, an unauthorized charge was made to my card.
The only record I have regarding this transaction is my bank account activity; I do not have any additional receipt or document. I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the approximately $19 charged to my card be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request a written explanation of how and on what basis this unauthorized charge was made.
I ask that this issue be resolved urgently and that the necessary checks be carried out to prevent similar unauthorized charges from happening again.
