I have been experiencing a connection issue with my Roborock S8 robot vacuum for about two weeks. After switching my phone to an iPhone 17 Pro Max, I have been unable to connect the device to the app. Every time I try, I receive a Wi-Fi connection error, and the setup process does not complete.
I have followed all the setup instructions and tried connecting multiple times, but the result is always the same. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting both the device and my phone, the problem persists. The process always gets stuck at the Wi-Fi connection step. I will also upload a screenshot of the error message to Şikayetvar.
I purchased the device in December 2025 from the Bursa Anatolium Mi Store. I am disappointed that the product is having this kind of issue in such a short time. I am requesting that this connection problem be identified quickly, either through remote diagnostics or technical inspection if necessary, and that a permanent solution be provided so I can use the device without issues.
