Roborock S8 Pro Warranty Repair Delay
I purchased a Roborock S8 Pro robot vacuum cleaner for approximately ₺30,000 from the Teknosa Malatya Park store and sent it to the store’s service department on 31.01.2026 for warranty inspection. The service record number for my product is TH721857. Approximately one month after I delivered the device, I was informed that the brush needed to be replaced and that this would be a paid service. I clearly stated that the product was insured and objected to the demand for a paid repair. I was then asked to provide the necessary insurance documents, which I submitted in order to initiate the relevant process. Despite this, my product has still not been delivered to me, and I have been waiting for about 84 days. The legal repair period has obviously been exceeded, yet my request for a product replacement has not been accepted. When I contacted them regarding the delay and my rights, I was told that “there is nothing we can do,” and no solution was offered. Due to the long period I have been left without a product and the inconvenience I have experienced, I request that my Roborock S8 Pro be replaced urgently and that my process be concluded in accordance with my legal rights and the insurance coverage of the product.
My product has been three months and still hasn't reached me, my exchange request was denied and the process is terrible. There are many other victims like me, our complaints have not been resolved.
They didn't respond in any way, and even after three months they neither sent the product nor accepted our exchange request. There are many customers who can't use it but are suffering, and there are complaints.
