Roborock Refused Warranty Coverage for Broken Mop Strap


I have been using my Roborock Q Revo S robot vacuum cleaner for approximately 13 months, after purchasing it from Vatan Bilgisayar. Today, the Velcro strap on the mop attachment came off. Even though the device is still relatively new and has been used only under normal household conditions, this part failed unexpectedly.
I contacted Roborock support regarding the issue and requested that it be handled under warranty. However, I was informed that the warranty only covers software issues and does not include this type of hardware problem, and that I would need to pay $55 USD for the replacement part.
I find it unacceptable that a component such as the mop strap, which is essential for normal operation of the device, is excluded from warranty coverage after such a short period of use. I am requesting that the damage to the mop strap of my Roborock Q Revo S be covered under warranty, and that the necessary repair or replacement be provided free of charge.
