Roborock Q8 Max Pro Main Brush Cover Broke
Approximately three months ago, I purchased a Roborock Q8 Max Pro robot vacuum cleaner from Hepsiburada. About one month after the purchase, the main brush cover broke on its own without any impact, improper use, or user error. When I researched the issue, I saw many similar complaints about the same part and started to think that this is a manufacturing-related defect and a chronic problem in this model. I reported the situation both to Roborock and to the relevant authorized service in Türkiye. During the phone call, I was informed verbally that both the shipping and the replacement of the part could be charged and that a cost of around ₺3,000 might be requested from me. If a part of the product breaks spontaneously and this is not considered within the scope of the warranty, I honestly think the concept of warranty loses its meaning. During this process, I sent many emails to Recci Teknoloji and to Roborock’s global, European and Turkish representatives, but I did not receive any solution-oriented response or see any concrete action taken. For about a month after buying the product, I have been struggling with this problem and my grievance continues. I request that my complaint be examined by Roborock, that the main brush cover, which broke on its own, be replaced under warranty without charging me any fee, and that I receive a clear and written response regarding the outcome. If necessary, I am ready to share my invoice number and product number with the authorized parties.
