I purchased a Roborock QV35A robot vacuum cleaner today via Amazon and wanted to set it up immediately. When I scan the QR code supplied with the device, I am directed to the Roborock app. However, on my Samsung Galaxy A13 the Google Play Store displays the message that this app is not supported on my device, so I cannot install or use it at all. I deliberately chose this model and was really looking forward to using the robot vacuum, but at the moment I cannot operate it as intended because the recommended app does not work with my smartphone. I have not yet contacted Amazon or Roborock customer service, because I would first like to clarify whether there is an official and functioning solution for this incompatibility. I therefore kindly ask for support in providing a usable solution so that I can control and use my Roborock QV35A with my Samsung Galaxy A13, for example through a compatible version of the Roborock app or another officially supported option that offers the same functions. I would like to be able to use the device normally as advertised.
