I purchased a Roborock Q8 Max Pro robot vacuum with a one-time payment from Vatan on December 19, 2025, and I have been dissatisfied with the product since the very first day. The suction power was extremely weak. When I compared it to the Roborock model my sibling uses, I saw a significant difference in performance. In addition, water was constantly leaking from the mopping water tank onto the floor. Even though my home is only 95 square meters, the vacuum runs out of battery before finishing just two rooms, leaving the cleaning incomplete.
After using the product for about 10 days, I took it back to Vatan, explained my complaints, and requested a refund. The staff member there claimed that the device was making noise and that the brush might be broken. However, my home is small with very few items, and there is absolutely no type of use or environment that could have caused the brush to break. In any case, my main issues were not noise or the brush, but rather the poor cleaning performance and the water leaking from the tank.
Although the product is currently at the service center, I have received no feedback at all—I have not been called or informed in any way. Paying $529 USD for a product and experiencing this many problems in such a short time, followed by a complete lack of communication or solution, has left me extremely disappointed. Due to these issues, I am requesting that the Roborock Q8 Max Pro be returned and that the full amount I paid be refunded to me without any deductions.
