BetterMe Charged Me Without Consent for Subscription Renewal

On March 21, 2026, at 11:48 PM, a charge of $22 was made from my Akbank debit card through the BetterMe app without my approval. I had previously made a one-time payment of $11 for the app, but I definitely did not authorize any automatic payment or recurring subscription.
I do not accept that money was withdrawn from my account without any notification or consent, especially for an amount that is double what I originally paid. Since BetterMe does not have an accessible customer service number, I am unable to contact the company directly, and my issue remains unresolved.
I have canceled my BetterMe subscription myself, but I request that the full $22 charged without my permission be refunded to my account as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will pursue all necessary legal actions.
