My Roborock (QRevo Edge) App Won't Install On Samsung A13

I purchased a Roborock Qrevo Edge 5V1 on 9 December, and from the very first day, I have been unable to install the Roborock app on my Samsung A13 phone. My phone is fully updated, not that old, and I am trying to download the app in Croatia via Google Play, but the Roborock app simply will not load or install. This situation is completely unacceptable, because the main reason for buying a smart robot vacuum is to control it through the dedicated app. At the moment, I have paid for a product that is largely unusable due to what appears to be a software or compatibility issue between the Roborock app and my Samsung A13. I request urgent assistance from Roborock to resolve this problem as soon as possible. I expect you to provide a solution that allows me to successfully install and use the Roborock app on my Samsung A13 without further delay, so that I can finally use my new vacuum as intended.
