I purchased a Roborock S8 robot vacuum and paid $633 for the product. However, when I tried to download the required Roborock app to my Samsung A13 phone, I received a message stating that the app is not compatible with my device, and it will not install.
This issue started as of today, and because of it, I am unable to use the device to its full capacity. I do not have another smartphone or tablet at home that I can use to install the app. Without the app, I cannot access the smart features of the device, which is extremely disappointing given the price of the product.
I am requesting that the Roborock app be updated to be compatible with my Samsung A13 device, or that an alternative solution be provided so I can use the app on my phone. I kindly ask that my issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
