Roborock S8 App Not Compatible With Samsung A13
I purchased a Roborock S8 robot vacuum and paid $633 for the product. However, when I tried to download the required Roborock app to my Samsung A13 phone, I received a message stating that the app is not compatible with my device, and it will not install.
This issue started as of today, and because of it, I am unable to use the device to its full capacity. I do not have another smartphone or tablet at home that I can use to install the app. Without the app, I cannot access the smart features of the device, which is extremely disappointing given the price of the product.
I am requesting that the Roborock app be updated to be compatible with my Samsung A13 device, or that an alternative solution be provided so I can use the app on my phone. I kindly ask that my issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
Hello The Roborok application is not supported on certain phone models due to technical compatibility reasons. While this does not directly affect your device's performance or usage, you may be unable to access the application.
