I purchased a Roborock Q8 Max Pro robot vacuum from Trendyol on August 28. After a short period of use, the silicone part on the main brush cover tore, and this defect began to negatively affect the vacuum’s performance. I do not find it acceptable for a component like this to deform in such a short time.

My order number is 10464977488. After experiencing this issue, I first contacted Trendyol customer service, where I was told that I needed to contact an authorized service center under warranty. When I spoke with the authorized service, I was informed that this particular part is not covered by the warranty and can only be obtained as a paid replacement part. I then contacted Trendyol live support again and was told that I would need to send the product in for inspection, a process that could take 24 days to one month.

Being told that a part which failed in such a short time is not covered by warranty, and then being asked to wait such a long time for a resolution, has caused me significant inconvenience. Since the silicone part of the main brush cover tore without any user error and within a very short period, I am requesting that this replacement part be provided to me free of charge.
