On March 9, 2023, I placed an order on the Guess EU website, but my package appears to be in transit somewhere in Germany or Turkey. Despite the fact that PTT and DHL are available as shipping options, I have no idea which courier service is handling my delivery. It has already been 18 days since my purchase at the time of writing this complaint, and I have yet to receive any updates on the status of my order. With summer quickly approaching, I'm afraid my items won't arrive until next winter. Moreover, there is no customer service phone number to call for help. I am unhappy with a major brand's lack of communication and customer service. I'm hoping to receive my order as soon as possible, without further delay or inconvenience.
