Based on the written freight quotation provided by DHL, we arranged the shipment with tracking number 5570929011 on October 6, 2025. However, after the goods reached their destination, DHL refused to honor the discounted rate originally quoted and instead invoiced €4,800 instead of the agreed €2,300, claiming the shipment was “sent late.”
We immediately notified DHL that the shipment information had reached us over the weekend and that we had acted as quickly as possible. Despite our prompt communication, no corrective action has been taken to resolve the issue.
At present, our goods are being held at customs, and we have clearly stated that we will not accept delivery until the invoice is corrected. We also contacted our customer representative, but no effective solution has been provided. The ongoing customs delay is causing additional financial and operational losses.
We request that DHL revise the invoice to match the written quotation initially provided and resolve this issue urgently to prevent further damages.
