I'm having trouble with the delivery of my international package with DHL Express. My package, which arrived in Türkiye from abroad and cleared customs within two days, was unable to be delivered due to the courier's whims and absurd tactics. The first day, the package was refused delivery with the usual "you weren't home" attitude. Even though I asked them to drop it off at the hairdresser downstairs or the shop across the street, they refused. So, I changed the delivery address and updated it to my workplace address. The next day, the courier arrived, but he resorted to countless lies to prevent the package from being delivered to the door, even though it was supposed to be delivered to the fourth floor. He claimed there was a parking problem nearby, and he couldn't park his car, so we had to go and pick it up ourselves. The information about the lack of parking is completely false. There's an İspark opposite the complex, and there's a parking lot next to the complex where he invites all customers every day. The complex also has its own parking lot. The package isn't delivered entirely due to the courier's busybody. No other cargo company, such as Yurtiçi, Sürat, PTT, or any other cargo company you can think of, has ever experienced such a travesty. A global company like DHL has become a toy in the hands of couriers. Despite repeated conversations with operations managers, customer service, and others, the package is never delivered to the address. They falsely claim the package will be sent back abroad, prompting the customer to come and collect it themselves. DHL, which fails to explain even such a simple task—delivering the package to the address, and your duty—to disrespectful and incompetent people, should question its service quality. DHL, the mighty DHL, wastes time and inconveniences its customers by engaging in arbitrary procedures and lying about the work it should be doing. On the map below, you can easily see the green area where the vehicle stops daily, the 10-meter distance between the checkpoint and the entrance of the building where the delivery is supposed to be made. The red areas expose the lie that there are no parking spaces. Parking is everywhere, and you are irresponsible and incompetent. Your only job is to create difficulties.
