DHL eCommerce Delivered Shipment To Wrong Person And Address In New York
I had a shipment sent via DHL eCommerce to my address in New York, but on December 31, 2025, it was delivered to a completely unknown person at an address that is not mine. I do not know the person who received the package and the address does not belong to me in any way. After realizing that the delivery information showed a completed delivery to someone I do not know, I tried to reach DHL eCommerce customer service and reported that my package had been delivered to the wrong address. However, I have not received any response so far and my issue is still unresolved. I request that my product be resent to my correct address as soon as possible and that I receive a clear explanation and an apology for this mistake and the lack of response.
