DHL Marks Package Delivered but No Proof of Delivery Exists
As part of my new Vodafone cable internet application, the installation device that was supposed to be sent to me free of charge never reached me, even though it appears as delivered in the DHL system. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered on December 5, 2025, but it was neither left at my apartment nor received by any of my neighbors.
I thoroughly checked the building and the surrounding area and also asked my neighbors, but the package is nowhere to be found. I have tried to reach DHL and Vodafone customer service, but so far I have not been able to get through to anyone, and as a result, my issue remains unresolved. I also do not yet have a Vodafone customer number.
I request that Vodafone urgently investigate the status of my installation device associated with DHL tracking number 00340434664975299991, and that the device be resent to the correct address without any additional charges. Since I have been unable to start using the internet service, I ask that my inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible.
