When DHL package is delivered incorrectly, it’s important to act quickly:
Check the delivery status in the tracker. Sometimes a package is marked as delivered, but it is still with the courier.
Open an investigation. DHL is required to determine where your package was delivered and return it.
File a written claim via the DHL Claims page. Attach a copy of your ID and the waybill number.
Arrange redelivery. Once the error is confirmed, DHL will organize delivery to the correct address at no cost to you.
