Roblox Inventory Bug Removes Paid Items

About a month ago, I purchased a face worth 1,000 Robux on Roblox, along with several other faces and clothing items. However, shortly after, when I logged into my Roblox account, I noticed that my faces had been changed and that the faces and clothing I had purchased were missing. I have also not received any refund for these items.

My Roblox username is lxs3rlxon. I do not accept that the items I purchased with real money were changed or removed without my consent. I request that my Robux and the faces and clothing I purchased be restored to my account, or that the amount of Robux I spent be refunded.

I ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
