On November 24, 2025, a shipment was sent from Germany via DHL with tracking number CR907497876DE. According to the shipment tracking information and my conversations with DHL Germany, the package appears to be in Turkey; however, the package that should have been delivered to Bartın City Center has still not reached me.
When I contacted DHL/PTT customer service in Turkey, I was told that no shipment exists under this tracking number in their system. Being told on one side that the package is in Turkey while being told on the other side that it does not appear in the system has caused me significant inconvenience. In addition, the package contains cosmetics, and I have been waiting for a long time.
I request that my package be urgently located and delivered to me in Bartın City Center, and that I be provided with clear and accurate information regarding the current status of the shipment.
