I need to return a package delivered by DHL. How do I properly arrange the return?

If you need to return a package via DHL, follow these steps:

Check the return policy with the seller. Most often, the store or sender will provide you with a return label for free shipping.

Prepare the package. Repack the items in the original packaging or in similarly sturdy packaging.

Arrange the return through DHL:

Go to MyDHL+

Select “Ship” → “Create a Shipment”

Fill in the return details and provide the recipient’s (store’s) address.

Send the package: hand it over to a DHL courier or drop it off at the nearest service point. Office locations are available on DHL’s website.

Keep the receipt and tracking number — this ensures you can monitor the return.
