Roblox Game Charges Robux Without Confirmation on PS5

On March 29, 2026, at around 5:12 PM, I experienced an unintended Robux charge while playing the game “[🔥upd] Free UGC Obby (AFK or Play)” created by Nectar Creations on Roblox. I play on PS5, where I use the X button to jump. During gameplay, pop-up prompts such as “buy this” or “get that” (Game Pass offers) suddenly appear in front of me. When I press X just to jump, the game registers it as a purchase, and Robux is deducted from my account without my intention.

Today, 7 Robux was deducted from my account in this way, and this is the second time this has happened. There is no clear confirmation screen—just pressing a gameplay button results in a purchase. This is both unfair and misleading for players.

I have contacted both Roblox support and the game developer, but my complaint was not taken seriously and my issue remains unresolved. I request that this unintended purchase be reversed, that the Robux deducted from my account be refunded, and that such misleading or sudden purchase prompts in the game be prevented.
