Philips 7000 Vacuum Pipe Broken Warranty Repair Request Issue

We are satisfied with you, but we would be even more pleased if your spare parts were offered at more reasonable prices.

I purchased a Philips 7000 series upright vacuum cleaner from the Media Markt Maltepe store in Istanbul, and for about the last three months I have been experiencing a serious problem with the device. The pipe of the vacuum cleaner has become loose and is now broken or on the verge of breaking, which prevents me from using the product with confidence and as intended. I have not yet been able to find my invoice or warranty document, but the product is still within the warranty period. I request that the loose and broken / about to break pipe of my Philips 7000 series upright vacuum cleaner be repaired free of charge under warranty or, if repair is not possible, that the necessary part or the product itself be replaced under warranty. I kindly ask for my complaint to be evaluated and for a solution to be provided as soon as possible so that I can continue using the product safely.

Thank you. It's resolved. However, since there is a chronic issue with the part, we hoped the same problem wouldn't recur; we were careful, but we will be even more careful, hoping it won't happen again.
