I Report DHL Express Delay Not Delivering My Package To Ankara For 15 Days

My shipment with tracking number 4150466950, sent on September 3, 2025, has still not been delivered to my address in Ankara/Çankaya. Even though 15 days have passed, no delivery has taken place. During this period, I attempted to contact DHL Express customer service multiple times, but I have received no response, and my calls have gone unanswered.

I have never experienced such a problem with DHL before, and this is the first time I am facing such a long delay. The shipping costs were covered by the sender, yet I am left waiting without any explanation or update.

I demand that my package be delivered to me immediately and that the inconvenience I have suffered due to this delay be properly addressed by DHL.
