I Report DHL Not Collecting My Return Shipment Despite Courier Promise

My shipment with delivery number 9752937875 was incorrect, so I informed the courier during delivery that I wanted to return it without accepting the package. The courier assured me that he would personally come to my address the next day to pick it up and told me there was no need to visit the DHL branch. On September 18, 2025, I was instructed to write the return code on the package and wait at home. However, despite waiting the entire day, the courier never arrived, and I did not receive any updates.

Because of my work schedule, I am unable to go to the branch myself, which is why I relied on the courier’s assurance that the return would be collected directly from my address. The item in question is worth ₺802, and I request that DHL urgently send a courier to pick up the return from my home and resolve my issue without further delay.

I expect a prompt response and immediate action so that my return can be processed properly and my inconvenience can be compensated.
