I Report DHL Losing My International Shipment With Clothes And Shoes
My international shipment with tracking number CY289709598DE has still not been delivered and appears to be lost, even though it has been nearly 6 weeks. The package contained clothes and shoes. The sender has already reported the issue to DHL customer service, but no solution has been provided to this day.
I find it unacceptable and shocking that such a large company could make such a serious and fundamental mistake. This delay and lack of responsibility have caused me significant frustration and inconvenience.
I want my complaint and the hardship I am facing to be seen publicly. I demand a clear explanation from DHL and an immediate resolution to recover or compensate for my lost shipment.
