DHL Tracking Shows No Movement While Branch Claims My Package Delivered

On September 11, 2025, I sent an important document shipment to Finland through DHL’s Spil branch. About two weeks later, I contacted the branch to check the shipment status, and they told me the package had been delivered. However, when I checked DHL’s official website, it still showed that the shipment was stuck at the Istanbul departure branch.
My tracking number is 337949542193.
To clarify the situation, I also called DHL International Customer Service. They said they would get back to me, but no one ever returned my call. When I called again, I still couldn’t get a clear explanation. The branch insists that the shipment was delivered, while the tracking system shows it never left Istanbul.
I request a clear and official explanation regarding whether my shipment was actually delivered or not, and if not, its current location and delivery status.
