Roblox Code Not Delivering Full Robux Amount

On March 24 at 11:10 PM, I purchased a code containing 1,000 Robux through Hesap.com.tr for 437.48 TRY. My transaction number is bup177438297786754810417643161238. I then went to Roblox’s redeem page and successfully used the code. However, instead of receiving 1,000 Robux, only 614 Robux was credited to my account.

There is a significant discrepancy between the product I purchased and the amount of Robux I actually received. Therefore, I request that the missing Robux (the remaining amount not credited beyond the 614 Robux received) be added to my account as soon as possible, or that an equivalent solution be provided.
