DHL Urgent Request For Resolution Regarding Delayed Shipment

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a shipment sent to me from abroad via DHL Express, which contains only books. Despite successfully passing customs control, the shipment has been held in Istanbul for the past 7 days, and there has been no progress in its delivery. The estimated delivery time has long since passed, yet there is no movement or update on the status. For the past week, there has been no activity in the tracking system, and I have not been provided with any clear information on whether the package is lost or simply delayed. During this time, I have contacted DHL Express customer service four times. I was informed that, due to my delivery address being outside of Istanbul and their inability to handle local deliveries, the package would be forwarded to another third-party courier. However, despite the passage of several days, my package has still not been delivered, and I have not received any concrete explanation or clear information. Each time, I have been told to wait, and as the process continues to drag on, my frustration and inconvenience are only increasing. Although DHL confirmed during our phone conversations that no customs payment is required, there has still been no explanation for why my package is being held in Istanbul. I request a clear and detailed explanation for this delay and insist that my package be located immediately, its shipment be completed, and it be delivered as soon as possible.
