DHL Courier Pickup Suddenly Stopped - No Service Claim

For a long time, I have been regularly sending shipments abroad with DHL, and each time a courier order was created and the packages were picked up directly from our office. On November 13, 2025, I created a courier request in the same way for my shipment with number PRG251113160534. However, about an hour later, I received a message from DHL stating that there was no service in my area and that I needed to drop the package off at a DHL office. When I called customer service and explained that we had been shipping from the same address for months and DHL had always picked up our packages from our office, the representative repeatedly insisted that there was no service in the area. I tried multiple times to explain the situation, but no help was provided, and I felt as if I was talking to a wall. I request a serious and satisfactory explanation from DHL as to why a service that has been running smoothly until now suddenly changed. This is not a joke, and customers should not be left in a difficult situation. I request that my issue be resolved and that clear information be provided to me regarding this matter.
